Presentation materials
A little planning goes a long way. Ask participants beforehand if they’ll need any accommodations.
Issue: A participant who is blind may miss visual content in a presentation.

What to do: Share materials or slide decks before the event if possible. Have speakers identify themselves before they speak and describe visual-only aspects of their slides.
