Amy’s test
Add a heading level 2 here
This layout is made of two columns, one that contains a navigation block and one that contains text (Usually a heading that gives a high-level idea of what the page is about), followed by text and other content.
As long as you keep all of your content in this column, the navigation off to your left will travel with you as you scroll!
Your content continues here. Remember to use good content UX practices to make it easier for your visitors to consume.
- Use the heading block to create a scannable, outline-like structure. Don’t skip heading levels!
- Use bullets to create a list (like this one) if you have a list of three or more thing.
- Keep paragraphs short and concise.
- Use conversational language and active verbs.
If you decide to use a full-width element…
That will break you out of the two-column structure. When you resume adding content below the full-width element, that content will be added to the page without any column structure.
Look at me! I’m full-width!
Once you get below that break…
Just add content without layering in any column structure. It should be allowed to fill the center area of the page.
